DIINO

Diino is a Swedish start-up company focused on high-level technology solutions for online data storage and file sharing. Diino was one of the top 5 suppliers of online data storage and digital information backup in the world.

The end-user Diino AB's main shareholders is the Swiss incumbent telecom operator, Swisscom AG (46.1%) and NASDAQ OMX listed private equity company, AB Novestra (49.8%). The owners have a long-term commitment to Diino and continue to support the development of Diino's state-of-the-art solutions.

IMx International was directly responsible for successfully launching the company in Latin America, including the marketing development, sales strategies, negotiation and implementation with Telmex, which increased the contribution to the company's international sales from 0% to 35%.


Result: IMX was directly responsible for successfully launching the company in Latin America, including the marketing development, sales strategies, negotiation and implementation with Telmex, which increased the contribution to the company's international sales from 0% to 35%.

As a result IMX developed the most relevant foreign region for the Company, Latin America, in terms of users, income and growth, reaching the 10% and 45% of the total users and paid customer's data base, respectively. Successfully cobranded and white-labeled the Diino's services into Telmex's core Value Added Services portfolio, becoming one of the top 4, most important VAS for Telmex. This directly led to a strategic investment for the Company.

IMX was responsible for integrating the Latin American team, from the start-up and through to the ongoing operations, being directly involved in all aspects of the business across all steps up to execution, including customer support, legal compliance and accountability for the local branch.

IMX was responsible of the commercial plan for Mexico, which redefine the global business overview, developing an innovative approach to present the service.
